The following email from the Bandai Channel, which was sent out from the Bandai Namco ID system, had a problem in which customers who are not service users were mixed up in the delivery recipients.

The reason why the e-mail was mistakenly sent to a customer who is not a service user this time is as follows
The reason for this is that the address used to send out important notices to non-users had the following problems

When a customer changed their e-mail address, the Bandai Namco ID system inadvertently re-registered the customer's address, even if the customer had already canceled their membership.
If you stopped registering for a service while you were in the process of entering additional information, the Bandai Namco ID system incorrectly registered your address.

We are currently suspending the use of the relevant e-mail delivery service and are working to correct the problem.
