■ What is registered information?
"Registered information" includes all the information you have registered with your Bandai Namco ID.
We may use the information you provide, such as your Bandai Namco ID (registered email address), password, date of birth, sex, and country, to verify your identity for data recovery or support services. Please manage your Bandai Namco ID and password with the utmost care.
■ Cautions on managing your registered information
If your registered information is incorrect, you may not be able to use our services correctly or may not be able to receive appropriate support services. Please register your information correctly.
If you store your registered information so that it is accessible on the internet, it may all be leaked in case of unauthorized access. To manage your information, write it down on a notepad, if possible.

■ What is a password?
A password is like a "key" that you configure to authenticate that you are the member you say you are. If your configured password has been revealed to a third party, your Bandai Namco ID is exposed to the risk of being used to access the Bandai Namco services.
■ To keep your password safe and secure
To increase your security level, your password must be changed regularly.
If you set a password that other people can easily guess, such as your birthday, character name, or a word in a dictionary, your account is exposed to cyber attacks, including a "dictionary attack". Your password should be a string of alphanumeric characters and symbols without any meaning.
Do not disclose your Bandai Namco ID and password to others, including your family and friends.
If you use the Bandai Namco site outside your home, make sure that nobody is watching you enter the password.
If you use the same password for Bandai Namco ID and for other IDs you are using, all IDs may be affected. Please set a different ID and password for each site you use.
